I started workshopping this in the middle of Chief Season, September 2023. I knew that it would require lengthy legwork and patient judgement on what would ultimately make the final cut.

The music is set to 2001’s “Kiss of the Dragon” soundtrack. And whether or not you noticed it, I have unofficially dated myself with that comment. The referenced scene in the movie had resonated with me on a level that I simply never forgot that music track.

The ‘Reacher’ series is a novelization that I also never seemed to be able to put down. The Amazon Prime rendition does it enough justice that the combination of these two was a no brainer. The only problem was that ‘Reacher’ didn’t have nearly enough available material to sustain the kinetic energy this music track called for. Hence all the multiple sources utilized.

I do think Richard and Michelle took home the awards for their voice work on this project. They're nothing short of fantastic.
